Transition from the lab – Instrumentation Sales

Do you see yourself working in the lab or research your entire career? My client is the world’s leading manufacturer of elemental analysis instrumentation. (C-S-N, sample prep, hardness testing, image analysis, etc.) They are seeking a Technical Sales Rep in several regions.  This person would receive extensive product and sales training as well as support before taking over the assigned territory.  We are looking for someone that comes from a technical background in chemistry, materials science, or the life sciences and has the desire to transition from the lab or technical support into a technical sales role.
